President
The president's responsibility is to host the meetings, make decisions on varoius actions, and run the show overall. -

Vice-President
The vice-president is to assist the president in his or her duties, and is to fill in for the president should he or she be unavailable. -

Secretary
It is the responsibility of the secretary to keep meeting minutes and inform the organization's members of these minutes, so that those who could not attend the meeting can stay in the loop. -

Treasurer

The treasurer is responsible for the organization's finances. His or her duties include maintaining the money (buying, depositing, etc.) as well as dealing with other related tasks.

The Information Officer is primarily responsible for maintaining the organization's web site. -

Recruitment Officer
The Recruitment Officer's primary job is to increase membership and promote ACM's involvement on and off campus. By organizing recruitment activities, ACM can continue to grow as a prominent student group at Kent State University. -

Advisor
The advisor exists to assist any officer in any of their endeavors. -
